A separate, isolated environment
Every client gets their own, isolated space. Your data is never in the same pot as another client's.
Your data belongs to you
Your Performance Bot's entire knowledge sits as a copy with you – in an open, readable format. Cancel, and you take everything with you.
No sharing with third parties
Your data is not sold, not traded, not passed on. Full stop.
No training of external AI models
We use AI in a way that keeps your content out of model training. Your data works for you – for no one else.
Nothing leaves the machine without your GO
Emails, posts, anything outward-facing: your Performance Bot shows you a draft and waits for your approval.
GDPR-compliant with a DPA
We work in line with the GDPR and sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you. Your rights are set out in the contract.
Reassurance through clear limits.
What we explicitly do not do.
- We do not sell your data – to anyone.
- We run no hidden tracking behind your back.
- Your content does not flow into the training of external AI models.
- Your Performance Bot is technically barred from sending private data outward – that rule is built in.
The questions many people ask.
Does the Performance Bot really see everything?
Only the data sources you grant it – such as your website analytics or your booking system. You decide what it can access, and you can revoke any access at any time.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We use AI in a way that keeps your content and analyses out of model training. It stays your data.
Where is my data stored?
On GDPR-compliant infrastructure, with a separate, isolated environment for each client. We set out the specific providers and storage locations transparently in the data processing agreement.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You receive your Performance Bot's entire knowledge in an open format – and take it with you. On request, we then delete your data in full.
Is the use of AI transparently regulated at all?
Yes. We declare the use of AI openly – in line with the EU AI Act – and every Performance Bot is under human supervision. No black box.
